    Learn how to reverse engineer the prerequisite Demands of any activity. Learn how to assess the Capabilities of an individual you are working with. Learn how to perform a Gaps Analysis and let that build the exercise program for you.

    Learn to think like an engineer, but apply it like a coach. We can nerd out on some complex topics, but keep it approachable since we need to make it directly applicable for use in training.

    Mobility Training

    Learn the difference between Mobility and Flexibility. Mobility requires strength and control over range of motion. The gap between these two is the zone of risk where you are likely to see your Demands exceed your Capabilities.
