What to Know about Treatment

With acute injury, hurt = harm during the healing process.

With chronic pain, hurt ≠ harm. There are good and bad pains, but this is where we need to learn the language your body is speaking.

Manual techniques can provide short term relief, giving us windows of opportunities. However exercise is how you capitalize on those opportunities to lock in long term changes.

This is bridging the gap between your capabilities and your demands. “Rest” will only make those gaps grow larger.

I collaborate with doctors around the country with a variety of expertises to help you fill in the gaps you need when they drift outside of my scope of practice and expertise.
