Instructor Bio:

Chris is the Senior Director of Exercise Science at Ergatta, a fitness gaming company, and an Animal Flow Regional Leader. He has earned certifications in Animal Flow, ViPR, and Procedos as well as having developed multiple cardio based fitness games for Rowers and Treadmills aimed at making cardio more engaging to the main stream.
