Hands-on coaching to accelerate your progress.

Your concierge membership gives you the gameplan and expert guidance. Add hands-on training sessions when you need direct coaching, technique work, or want to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.

  • $200/1hr Session

    $100/30min Session

    Open to anyone, but Concierge members receive 25% off.

    If you need a little more support or time to troubleshoot specific issues setup additional 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions. This is where we test my hypothesis through safe-to-fail experiments. It allows us to iterate faster and trouble shoot problems when you get experience the expected response.

    Semi-private training gives you a fully personalized program with hands-on coaching—delivered in a small group setting that adds energy, accountability, and momentum. It’s the perfect blend of individual attention and community support, designed to help you move better, stay consistent, and finally get results that last.

    • Personal coaching and execution of Adaptive Program for up to 3 people with an accelerated iteration process.

    • Skill and technique based coaching

Continuing education tailored towards coaches and therapists, but are also open to clients who want to go deep on something specific? These sessions are for you if you’re obsessed with movement skill — or want to master a tool like kettlebells.

    Gaps Analysis

    Learn how to reverse engineer the prerequisite Demands of any activity. Learn how to assess the Capabilities of an individual you are working with. Learn how to perform a Gaps Analysis and let that build the exercise program for you.

    Biomechanics

    Learn to think like an engineer, but apply it like a coach. We can nerd out on some complex topics, but keep it approachable since we need to make it directly applicable for use in training.

    Mobility Training

    Learn the difference between Mobility and Flexibility. Mobility requires strength and control over range of motion. The gap between these two is the zone of risk where you are likely to see your Demands exceed your Capabilities.
