      • This is where we test my hypothesis through safe-to-fail experiments. It allows us to iterate faster and trouble shoot problems when you get experience the expected response.

    • If you want to train independently but still follow smart structure, these plug-and-play programs are built for you. Each is designed to build fitness, restore balance, and move you toward long-term progress. The adaptive part of the approach is more in your ownership, but I provide guidance in the programs.

  • Masterclasses

    • Want to go deep on something specific? These sessions are for you if you’re obsessed with movement skill — or want to master a tool like kettlebells.

    Learn how to reverse engineer the prerequisite Demands of any activity. Learn how to assess the Capabilities of an individual you are working with. Learn how to perform a Gaps Analysis and let that build the exercise program for you.

    Learn to think like an engineer, but apply it like a coach. We can nerd out on some complex topics, but keep it approachable since we need to make it directly applicable for use in training.

    Learn the difference between Mobility and Flexibility. Mobility requires strength and control over range of motion. The gap between these two is the zone of risk where you are likely to see your Demands exceed your Capabilities.
