Longevity Assessment

$300 (90 minutes - Georgetown, TX or Remote)

This is where I gather the information that matters and learn what makes you unique, so we can identify your optimal starting point and build a clear, individualized strategy.

The cost of your assessment can be applied toward future training services.

Optional testing such as DXA, VO2 Max Testing and blood panels may be recommended when appropriate. These services are arranged and paid for directly with the third party partners. I will integrate and analyze all results within your health dashboard, roadmap and future reassessments.

1-On-1 Personal Training

Membership Includes:

  • Starting with your North Star goal, we map out long-term strategies, stack rank them, and use this to steer the tactical execution of your exercise program, nutrition and lifestyle habits.

  • Adaptive workouts tailored to your specific body and goals.

  • Sustainable habit strategies for long-term success.

  • Retrospectives where were check in on what went well, what didn’t go well, what we learned and inform how your program should adapt going forward.

    These can either be a single 1 hour session, two 30 min sessions depending on frequency of feedback preferred.

  • In-app messaging, progress feedback, and video technique analysis throughout the month.

  • To provide the best treatment for my clients, I collaborate with a team of medical specialists from surgeons and physical therapists to cardiologist and dietitians (assuming you provide consent to do so). I have a network of specialist I trust if you are looking for a referral, but am always happy to work with your existing doctors as well.

Semi-Private  Coaching

$60/Sesson ($480/Month)

Get the attention of personal training with the community of doing with a small group of up 4.

Semi-private training gives you the hands-on coaching of personal training, delivered in a small group setting that adds energy, accountability, and momentum. It’s the perfect blend of individual attention and community support, designed to help you move better, stay consistent, and finally get results that last.

2x per week (8 sessions per month)

  • Tuesdays + Thursdays

Masterclasses

Continuing education tailored towards coaches and therapists, but are also open to clients who want to go deep on something specific? These sessions are for you if you’re obsessed with movement skill, or want to master a tool like kettlebells.

    Learn how to reverse engineer the prerequisite Demands of any activity. Learn how to assess the Capabilities of an individual you are working with. Learn how to perform a Gaps Analysis and let that build the exercise program for you.

    Learn to think like an engineer, but apply it like a coach. We can nerd out on some complex topics, but keep it approachable since we need to make it directly applicable for use in training.

    Mobility Training

    Learn the difference between Mobility and Flexibility. Mobility requires strength and control over range of motion. The gap between these two is the zone of risk where you are likely to see your Demands exceed your Capabilities.
