My coaching model is iterative and I act as your guide throughout the process. It’s priced so that you can get expert guidance at a lower cost if you want to take more ownership over the execution of your program, however with Add-On 1-on-1 Coaching you can get as much live support as you need for those that need the extra support.

This is an iterative coaching model that uses your feedback and results to adapt, becoming more effective over time.
Twice per month Check-in Calls
Each month of paid training via Personalized Programming includes 2 follow-up calls.
1 Mid-Month Check-in giving you the opportunity to work through your program, allowing us to learn and adjust as necessary.
1 End of Month Retrospective where we reflect on what went well, what didn’t, and how we can improve or adjust your game plan going forward so you are never stuck.

If you need a little more support or time to troubleshoot specific issues setup additional 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions. This is where we test my hypothesis through safe-to-fail experiments. It allows us to iterate faster and trouble shoot problems when you get experience the expected response.
