Train with me
You’re here because something hasn’t worked.
The good news? You’re not the problem, your approach was. Let’s fix that.
What we actually work on
You came in for your shoulder.
We look at all of it.
Pain, performance, and body composition don't live in one system. Sleep at six hours and tissue doesn't repair. Under-eat protein and nothing rebuilds. Run high stress and everything hurts more. So all of it is on the table from day one — not as an upsell later, but because it's the job.
Training
Movement, strength, conditioning, and skill — programmed from what your assessment actually found, not from a template.
Nutrition
Fuel, protein, and energy availability. This is what decides whether tissue rebuilds or whether you just get sore.
Sleep & Recovery
Repair happens while you sleep. Short sleep slows healing, blunts adaptation, and quietly undoes good training.
Stress
Chronic stress raises pain sensitivity and competes with recovery. We manage the total load, not just the workout.
Mindset & Behavior
Knowing what to do was never the hard part. The plan gets built around what you'll actually sustain in a real week.
Medical Coordination
I work directly with your physicians, PTs, and specialists — so you're not the one carrying messages between them.
Most people arrive with one problem and expect one solution. The shoulder, the back, the knee. That's where we start — but if the rest of your life is working against it, the shoulder doesn't get better. Expect all six of these to be part of the conversation from your first session.
How to Get Started
Longevity Assessment
$299 (90 minutes)
The cost of your assessment can be applied toward future training services.
This is where I gather the information that matters and learn what makes you unique, so we can identify your optimal starting point and build a clear, individualized strategy.
Optional testing such as DEXA, VO2 Max, Resting Metabolic Testing and blood panels may be recommended when appropriate. These services are arranged and paid for directly with the third party partners. I will integrate and analyze all results within your health dashboard, roadmap and future reassessments.

You get the same detailed programming and strategies personalized to your goals/need regardless of how much you train with me.
How we plan
A year with a plan.
A quarter with a target.
Your training is planned the way you'd plan a business — an annual arc, executed in quarters, revised as results come in. The current quarter is specific. The rest stay flexible, because bodies and calendars both change.
Quarter 1
In focus
- One primary marker, one secondary
- Programmed week by week
- Every session has a reason
- Reassessed at month 3
Quarter 2
Sketched
- Likely focus identified
- Set by what Q1 actually moved
- Built around your calendar
Quarter 3
Direction
- Intent, not detail
- Sequenced behind its prerequisites
Quarter 4
Direction
- Intent, not detail
- Closes with the annual battery
One primary marker per quarter, one secondary. Everything else is maintained, not chased. You can't develop everything at once — trying to is why most programs move nothing. Three months aimed at two things beats a year aimed at ten.
What you walk away with
Your 12-month roadmap
The game planning session produces this — the full year laid out in four phases, with every domain accounted for. Phase one is firm. The rest are honest estimates, and each reassessment confirms or adjusts everything that follows.
Inside a quarter
Your first 3 months
Three months is the shortest honest timeline for the changes we're after — and the first of them is calibration, not a sprint. Here's exactly what happens, and when.
Running the whole time
- Your coached sessions, at your plan's cadence
- Program updated monthly from your response
- Nutrition and lifestyle strategy, revised as life changes
- Async messaging between calls
- Form analysis — send video, get feedback
- Nutrition tracking and library access
- Coordination with your healthcare providers
1–2 weeks
Before anything gets programmed, we find out where you actually are — and build the plan together.
- History, goals, obstacles, red flags
- Two days of food logs
- Range of motion and neuromuscular stabilization
- Isometric strength, posture, capacity
- Advanced testing added where it's warranted
- Your results and what they mean, in plain terms
- We agree the north star and this quarter's targets
- The plan is built with you, not handed to you
Onboarding month
You're learning the system, the exercises, and your working weights. I'm learning how your body answers the plan — so I can dial in the right selection and dosage.
- What felt wrong, unclear, or unmanageable
- Technique questions and load adjustments
- How your body responded to the starting plan
- Exercise selection and volume dialed in
- Nutrition and lifestyle priorities confirmed
Full steam ahead
The plan is calibrated and you know what you're doing. This is the month where load climbs and habits start holding.
- Adherence, sleep, stress, recovery
- Course-correction before things drift
- Progress against your training benchmarks
- Nutrition and lifestyle strategy refined
- Program adjusted for the final month
Proof month
We re-test what we started with, using the same standards, so progress is something you can see rather than something I tell you.
- Final push on the quarter's priorities
- Anything flagged gets handled before retest
- Your markers re-tested against your baseline
- Training load benchmarks reviewed
- Next quarter's targets set from what moved
Ways to work together
Choose your level of contact
Every plan includes the assessment, the programming, the calls, the quarterly reassessment, and nutrition and lifestyle support. What changes is how much of the work I'm standing next to you for.

- Maximum hands-on contact
- Fastest iteration on programming and load
- Closest monitoring through complex cases
Exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle are all part of every plan. Training is the easy part. What you eat when you're entertaining clients, how you sleep across time zones, what happens to the plan when the week falls apart — that's the work, and it isn't sold separately.
How it runs
Terms
Quarterly blocks
Programs run three months at a time, billed monthly. Anything shorter and you're paying for a program you never gave a chance to work.
Annual reassessment
At month 12 the full battery repeats — included, not an add-on. It's what sets the next year's plan.
Move between plans
Most people start higher and step down as technique holds. Changing levels at any quarter boundary is expected, not a penalty.
