This is where we test my hypothesis through safe-to-fail experiments. It allows us to iterate faster and trouble shoot problems when you get experience the expected response.
Self-Guided Programs
If you want to train independently but still follow smart structure, these plug-and-play programs are built for you. Each is designed to build fitness, restore balance, and move you toward long-term progress. The adaptive part of the approach is more in your ownership, but I provide guidance in the programs.
Masterclasses
Want to go deep on something specific? These sessions are for you if you’re obsessed with movement skill — or want to master a tool like kettlebells.
