Instructor Bio:

Chris is an Personal Trainer and former Assistant Coach at StrongFirst certifications who has prepared many coaches for SFG1 certifications. Chris has been certified through StrongFirst Girya Level 1, StrongFirst Girya Level 2, and Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 having trained under Phil Scarito, Fabio Zonin and Jason Brown.
