Chris is an Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Regional Leader who has taught many of the top yogis in NYC and has led workshops internationally. Chris is a former competitive pole vaulter whose background blends a mix of gymnastics, yoga and Animal Flow, having trained under the top experts such as Dylan Werner, Dave Durante, Olaf Triebel, Mike Fitch, Laruga Glaser and Max Shank.
