To deliver the highest level of individualized health coaching by addressing obstacles both inside and outside of the gym. Chris takes a 360˚ approach to health by addressing the areas of Mindset, Movement, Nutrition and Regeneration to give each client the most effective and personalized program.  Enhancing movement quality and building strength through movement are integral parts of improving both physical and cognitive longevity. Weight loss, building muscle, better posture, improved cognitive function, etc, will all come as a side effect of improving your health.

Chris is a Tier 3+ Coach and EFTI Master Instructor at Equinox in Midtown, Manhattan specializing in Longevity, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, and Pre-Hab/Post-Rehab. Chris is also a Model formerly with Wilhelmina Models. Chris has been featured by Health Magazine, Nike, Under Armour, Designow, Naboso Technology, Furthermore Magazine, Equinox, and the cover of the May 2017 issue of Runner's World Magazine.  He has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Chris is currently certified as PTA Global, Pn1, CAFS, FRCmc, SFG-2, FMS-2, AF-2, 3DMAPS, USAW-L1, BTS-1, Procedos, TP-2, KBA-1, MPC-1.
